Explanation of features
The wire stripping and terminal pressing are completely together. The combination of cassette mold seat and stripping system can manage continuous operation. The stripping system adopts stepping motor driving, and the instant starting can produce effect of high torque. The stripping system has the functions of automatic return, manual return, and automatic return, etc. The stand-by time can be adjusted. Adjust the return time of stripping seat after terminal riveting according to requirements of wire material and terminal. Manage stripping and cutting depth through convex transmission, to ensure high stability. The terminal riveting tension can be adjusted through rotation of upper part of the machine, with the adjustment precision of 0.02mm/grade. It can draw wire waste and returning equipment.
